Luckily there are more healthy options available these days. If you’re eating out you can always ask for simple changes to the meals. Or pick options with vegetables or salad rather than chips or fried foods.

Keep drinking lots of water!

Try and have some fruit, and maybe things like small packets of nuts in your bag for snacks.
